		<description>It seems that this scenario is not entirely reproducible; it fails most of the time sadly. It certainly appears to be a materials problem on the disc; I&#039;ve tried three different optical drives and two different operating systems with only a 5% success rate. I suggest you keep your money and lobby EA or BioWARE to send you a new disc.

If offered, I would even take a credit for a Steam download at this point, or some 3rd party download of a bug free .iso. Who wants to bet that neither party will offer that?</description>
